"La Casa di Melo" organizes also short lessons on how to prepare some typical products. Using recipes of our family tradition based only on organic, season products called "Zero Kilometre". We will pick the ingredients ourselves in the fields, prepare our specialties and we'll taste them together. Since we are talking about season products, our courses will depend on the vegetables and fruits available at the moment. BUON APPETITO!
