Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to you arrival. In order to guarantee your reservation, when confirmation is given ,you should send us a minimum 30% of the total amount due. You can send a bank transfer on the bank account number shown on our confirmation of your booking. Your advance will be totally refunded if we receive cancellation advice 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.

Or you can guarantee your reservation by giving us your credit card number complete with info on type, expiration date and security code. In this case, if your reservation is cancelled 48 hours before scheduled arrival date nothing will be charged on your card. If your cancellation arrives later, your credit card will be charged with 30% of the total amount due.

Once reservation is received, it is considered valid as a contract and La Casa di Melo will confirm it by sending an e mail to the address shown on your request.
