Go to the beach, take bicycle trips, visit monuments and cultural spots, taste local cooking specialities etc. All of these things are made possible thanks to the special position of our farmhouse and to its easy access to all the beautiful surroundings.

"La Casa di Melo" is located near Cassibile, a short distance from the beaches of Fontane Bianche. Just 4 kms from the coast and many different ways to reach them: either by taking the main roads or following the trails inside our farm.

Only 7 kms away there is Fonte Ciane, a perfect destination for a bicycle ride.

Some of the most beautiful beach resorts are very close to "La Casa di Melo": Fontane Bianche 3.5 kms, Ognina 9 kms, the Gelsomineto pinewood beach 5.5 kms, Gallina 8 kms,Lido di Noto 22.6 kms.

Then, if besides enjoying real country life you would like to get to know our culture, "La Casa di Melo" is the right place to be. You can reach Siracusa in 15 minutes, Noto, the capital of baroque, in less than 30 minutes or the nature reserves of Vendicari or Cavagrande di Cassibile. It will take instead little more than one hour to reach the necropolis of Pantalica or the fabulous baroque cities like Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla.
